How to Order

To order cards from Billet Doux simply browse from our various shop categories via the Shop link at the top of every page or from the list on the left of the pages.

  1. Click the range you wish to view.
  2. Click the product you wish to purchase and click the "Add to Basket" button.
  3. You will be taken to your shopping basket where you can amend the quantity or your items or continue shopping.
  4. When you are ready to complete your order, click the "Checkout" link at the top of the page and then sign in if you have shopped with Billet Doux before or enter your delivery details to register.
  5. Confirm all your details are correct on the Checkout page and then click "Continue" to go to our secure payment server to enter your credit or debit card information.
  6. Once your order is complete you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

Checking my order status

To check the status of your order(s) or to view your account details, simply login to your "My Account" area and click "View my order history"
